• Responsible for developing strategic plans and diligently monitoring their implementation.
• Accountable for partner on-boarding, maintaining high standards of quality assurance, fostering loyalty, and optimizing retention.
• Provide dedicated support to the City Manager to ensure a consistently high-retention rate.
• Expected to efficiently manage cost effectiveness while achieving desired outcomes.
• Required to diligently track and monitor expenditures in a timely manner.
🧠 Responsibilities
• S1 (experienced candidates preferred; fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia, preferably highly-proficient in the local language.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Engagement, or any other relevant field, with a background in interacting with external parties/stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word or other similar tools.
• Extensive experience in strategy and consulting, including significant on-ground interaction with clients and partners.
